Who it is for
One product, set up to fit the school.
Veda pāṭhaśālās and residential schools
Hostel and mess, a movement register for every departure and return, Veda progress, and the student's record from admission to alumni.
Day schools
Attendance, fees and receipts, progress cards to parents, transport for day scholars, library and laboratories.
Government schools
Oversight for the district and block education officer, Mid-Day Meal and breakfast schemes, vaccination records, and the lists authorities ask for, kept ready.
Start with what you use
At onboarding we ask which features the school uses today and which it plans to add this year, and switch on only those. A module that is off shows no screen, runs no daily jobs and sends no mail. Switching one on later is a single setting, with nothing to re-install. Existing records can be brought in from spreadsheets, and the school's operator is trained to run it.
Features by department
The same list the team builds from. Each badge shows where the feature stands today.

Plan your school
Tick a section to choose every feature in it, or tick features one by one. Enter the school's size, and the estimate shows the load your choice puts on the system. Send it to us and onboarding starts from it.
An estimate, for planning. Every photograph or scan counts as 300 KB: the student's photograph, Aadhaar, school certificates, and merit and competition certificates. A record counts as 300 bytes. Staff use the app about 150 times a day, and families about 3 times a day when the family app or messages are chosen.
How it treats your data
The register and the accounts are kept in India, on servers in Mumbai.
A record is never overwritten. A correction is a new entry, and the old one is kept, so the history survives an audit.
Confidential complaints, health matters and grievances are seen only by the person who raised them, the person handling them, and senior staff.
Lists that authorities may ask for are kept ready, and handed over only on request, with a record of who asked and what was given.
Mail goes only to the family contacts the school has marked as permitted, and every message is logged.
Accounts are kept in Vitta, the companion product, which the school connects with a code sent to its own email. Children's names never travel to Vitta; only codes do.
